Biodynamics is the most advanced form of organic farming. A free workshop will be held where local wine makers can gain insights into the biodynamic techniques of wine production at the Cowaramup Field Day, held at Clown Fish Wines on Thursday 14 September.
“In viticulture, using natural preparations, non-chemical remedies for weed, pest and disease control, soil fertility is maximized,” said Russ Reynolds, from Clown Fish Wines.
