Refunds & Returns Policy

All returns must be requested within 7 days of original purchase along with proof of purchase.

Refunds will be issued to the purchaser via the same method of payment and on the same credit card if applicable. No cash refunds given if paid on Credit Card/Debit Card.

A restocking fee may be charged.

Items ordered specially at clients request must be paid for in full on order and cannot be returned for credit.

The products will only be refunded if the items are unopened or unused. If the item is faulty or does not operate as advertised, Cowaramup Agencies will assist with warranty claims if applicable.

Purchaser must contact via phone or email Cowaramup Agencies within the 7 day period to advise the request for refund due to fault or product not operating as advertised. Arrangements will be made to collect the item if the purchaser cannot bring it in via their own transport (i.e Bulk Goods that were delivered by Cowaramup Agencies on the truck).

No refund will be given if the item is open/partially used and the client has had a change of mind.
