Replacement QS880 Quartz Sleeve to suit Davey Steriflo UV130 and UV130-40 UV and SF1000s Disinfection Systems. Each sleeve is supplied with 2 x O-Rings.
High quality quartz sleeves ensure optimum transmittal through the water and help ensure complete disinfection.
Cleaning the Quartz Sleeves
If your sleeve is fouled by and appears cloudy, we recommend removing the sleeve from the reactor and cleaning with a mineral remover such as CLR. Take care, quartz sleeves are fragile and may break, causing potential injury.
Take care not to touch cleaned or new quartz sleeves with your bare skin. Oils from your skin can affect the transmittal of UV rays through the quartz.
