Commonly used as 2nd stage of filtration to remove rust, sand, silt, algae and cryptosporidium cysts (>99% efficient for 1 micron cartridge), the material used is food grade polypropylene with no chemical residue or loose fibres. Cartridges in the range suit a variety of filter housing sizes.
